I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Guillory and her team at Montana Pet Dentistry! Our sweet boy Dunks had what we thought would be a routine dental cleaning at our regular vet clinic in Billings, during which time all four of his canine teeth had to be removed. It was discovered that he had oronasal fistulas under his upper canine teeth, which our vet attempted to close during the procedure, though this was not successful - she said they were the largest she had ever seen. She referred us to Dr. Guillory for this specialized procedure, which we were admittedly less than thrilled about, since we were looking at paying for a second, unexpected surgery and taking time off work to travel to Bozeman. From the moment I called to schedule the procedure, I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism I received from Carly and the other staff I talked with, who quickly got us taken care of. We were able to schedule a consultation and surgery on the same day, so we would only need to make the trip to town once. I was also able to receive a rough estimate of what the procedure would cost by sending over some pictures ahead of time, which eased our anxiety. Fast-forward to the day of surgery, and we arrived at the CUTEST office complete with a welcome sign with our boy’s name on it. I was truly blown away by how genuinely kind and welcoming every single person we encountered was. My parents traveled with me and waited in the lobby, during which time they proceeded to talk Carly’s ear off the entire time about every topic under the sun - I can guarantee you she had things to be doing, but she was so kind to them, chatting with them and offering them coffee and snacks while they waited. I don’t even know where to start with how positive my experience with Dr. Guillory was - she is one of the most personable, down-to-earth vets (and people) I have ever met. She took time to talk with me before the procedure to explain what I should expect, she personally called to update me throughout the day, and I was able to directly contact her following the procedure with questions as they came up. One of Dunks’ fistulas started to reopen about a month after his procedure, which I’m convinced was our fault - he managed to swipe at his stitches during the .000002 seconds we looked away while he was eating with his cone off shortly after his first procedure. Dr. Guillory got us in right away to repair this, at no additional cost to us, which I could not believe. I cannot recommend Dr. Guillory and her team highly enough - if you are looking for any form of dental care for your pet, look no further! Before this whole ordeal, I did not know there was such a thing as a pet dentist. I learned that Dr. Guillory has done dental work on some of the animals at Zoo Montana in Billings, which is now my fun fact that I share with everybody. Her love for the animals she works with is so evident, and she and her team make every visit a positive experience for us people, too!Posted on Google Jeff KershnerJune 17, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Caring folks. Good care to save the toothPosted on Google Kristin JanisApril 28, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an incredible experience with Montana Pet Dentistry and Oral Surgery. After our cat Mikey had multiple extractions with general veterinarians in the past, we specifically wanted a place that specializes in dentistry this time, and the difference was obvious. They took their time with him and were extremely thorough. His recovery was noticeably faster and smoother than anything we’ve experienced before, and I truly believe that comes down to the level of care and attention they give each patient. They also kept us consistently updated during the procedure, explaining everything as they went, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. After surgery, they didn’t just send us on our way. They called multiple times to check on him and make sure his recovery was going well. You can tell right away how much this team genuinely cares about animals. Even the small details, like the welcome board with each pet’s name for the day, made it feel personal and thoughtful. Dr. Guillory is exceptional. I never once felt rushed or like any of my questions were unnecessary. It’s not easy to leave your pet in someone else’s hands, but I felt completely comfortable and confident with Dr. Guillory and this incredible team. Much love!Posted on Google Sydney JaworowskiMarch 30, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Guillory and all the staff at MT Pet Dentistry were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It felt like they really cared about my dog & me. They did everything they could to help me financially - they are really mindful of insurance companies and they provide a payment plan option. My dog is also dog reactive and has a high prey drive when it comes to cats. The office was calm both times I was there, but I feel like they listened to me about her behavior and would’ve taken any precautions needed to keep everyone safe & happy! Rogi has recovered from her root canal really well!Posted on Google Bridgett HMarch 15, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely wonderful clinic. My pup, Pandora, was a last-minute referral to Montana Pet Dentistry for a CT scan after we drove in from North Dakota to treat her eye issues at another clinic. It ended up being such a blessing that we landed here as well. We stay on top of her dental cleanings, and she was due for one. Dr. Guillory graciously worked Pandora into their schedule for a cleaning along with the CT. We were even able to see Dr. Jesse Webb after I mentioned her history with cancer and my hope to do some follow-up testing for peace of mind. My request was a lot for them to coordinate on short notice, but the entire team handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. I truly wish we lived closer so they could be our regular dental provider. The entire staff was wonderful, including our technician Chris. They were so kind to Pandora and fostered such a supportive, caring atmosphere. Thank you again. This visit gave me so much more peace of mind for the long drive home than I could have asked for. 🐾Posted on Google Willow JoinesMarch 13, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was able to get into Montana Pet Dentistry when my regular vet was booked too far out for dental appointments. I originally brought my dog in for a routine cleaning and oral biopsy, but an abscessed tooth was also discovered and so they were able to take care of that as well. What comforted me was how well the staff considered Mia's other multiple orthopedic and health issues when caring for my dog. They listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. And now my dog has a clean oral bill of health!Posted on Google Rod KunzeFebruary 10, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
